This is the best Ledo's I've ever been to. They have a full bar with seats for about 12, which I haven't seen at any other Ledo's in Prince George's County. The customer service, however, is what does it for me. The staff is so friendly and personable. No matter how busy they are, the staff never loses their friendly demeanor. If the kitchen is slow or something isn't right, the servers/bartenders always let you know why there's a delay or immediately gets fixed whatever is wrong. I'm not sure if he's the owner of this location or just the manager and I'm awful with names, but if you visit this location, you'll know exactly who he is as he walks around and greets every customer ensuring they are having an enjoyable experience. The food is even better than other locations. You can tell that everyone who works here cares about the customers and food they serve.
The quality of Ledos Pizza is going downhill. They don’t cut corners and apparently they don’t cut pizzas, bacon, and ham as well. See pictures for details. I had to cut my own pizza. The ham wasn’t cut properly and wasn’t distributed evenly. The bacon was an entire slice of bacon. There were so many bacon pieces on the pizza.
The waitress was awesome and really made the meal better. I am not big on ledos pizza though. Others seemed to enjoy it but I wouldn't get it again. Nothing was wrong with it, it may just be me. Was a little bit noisy but fine otherwise.
They have big pizzas, that although are a bit pricey, they make up for it with how the pizza tastes. They also have good wings, with their buffalo sauce and honey wings. Sometimes, they will get your order wrong, but it’s quite alright.
